<p>The stunning Sydney apartment that Michael Hutchence and Kylie Minogue shared for two years has hit the market. </p> <p>The late INXS frontman and the Aussie pop princess lived in the Liverpool Street apartment from 1989 to 1991, with the building boasting a colourful history. </p> <p>The current owner and director of AusMed Innovations Gavin Holland, who owns the Longevity Lounge in Double Bay, believes the picturesque apartment overlooking Hyde Park and the harbour was the scene of some wild parties.</p> <p>“I know that back in those days there was a lot of socialising that went on, for want of a better word,” says Holland.</p> <p>“In this building, there’ve been suicides, murders, famous and infamous people — all sorts of stuff."</p> <p>Despite the past history of the building, the two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment boasts new finishings and stunning views of the city. </p> <p>“But what we’ve done recently is spend two-and-a-half million dollars on refurbishing the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, so that’s obviously an expense the new owners won’t need to fork out.”</p> <p>Hutchence is known to have lived in the apartment with Minogue on level 27, just two floors below the communal rooftop pool, for two years during their whirlwind romance.</p> <p>The apartment at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-nsw-sydney-144104704">2704/187 Liverpool Street, Sydney </a>has a $3.3 million guide, and will be auctioned at the end of February. </p> <p><em>Image credits: Getty Images / realestate.com.au</em></p>

Kylie Minogue wins her first Grammy in 20 years

<p>Kylie Minogue is set to return to TV with her own special that will highlight her incredible career. </p> <p>The iconic singer will feature in British broadcaster ITV's <em>An Audience With… </em>show at The Royal Albert Hall in London. </p> <p>"It's been hard to keep this one a secret... Kylie Gillies breaks down live on-air after surprise family news

<p><em>The Morning Show </em>host Kylie Gillies was overwhelmed with emotion after the show's crew surprised her with new photos of her sons. </p> <p>The TV personality was was discussing the 90th birthday of the Australian Women’s Weekly with the magazine's Editor-in-Chief, when she was shown pictures that she took with her boys for the first time. </p> <p>“Are these in this one?” she exclaimed, while pointing at the magazine. “That’s such a surprise! “Babies!”: Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies stun fans with throwback pics

<p>The Morning Show hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies have delighted fans with throwback footage from their earlier years on TV.</p> <p>The hosts were presenting a story on how our voices change and get deeper as we age and to prove their point, they decided to do their own demonstration.</p> <p>Both Emdur and Gillies took turns saying sentences they used to say when they were reporting decades ago, then compared it to how their younger selves would say it.</p> <p>They anticipated the throwback footage with slightly worried expressions and Gillies was up first.</p> <p>Her voice was considerably higher and softer and she rocked the classic haircut from the '90s and 2000s that was heavily influenced by “Rachel” from Friends.</p> <p>“There you go,” Gillies said, mildly cringing.</p> <p>“We were young. It was 23 years ago,” she added.</p> <p>Emdur’s throwback footage went all the way back to the '80s when he was reporting for 7News.</p> <p>“How good is that?” Larry laughed at the video.</p> <p>“Button-down collars, my Dad’s old woollen tie.</p> <p>“Here’s the thing. We were kids, right? “We only wish Dad was here to see it”: Kylie Gillies' heartfelt gift for her mum

<p>Kylie Gillies has shared a heartwarming video to her social media of the moment her mother received a very special gift from the family. </p> <p>As Kylie explained in her caption, where she paid tribute to the love her parents had shared over the course of their 57 year marriage, the story behind the gift was near as dear to them all as the present itself. </p> <p>In the clip, Kylie’s mother - Marg - can be seen sitting at a table in a luxurious jewellery store, with a box in front of her. She opens it to reveal a ring, and immediately turns to the camera, overwhelmed. </p> <p>“A story 50 years in the making,” Kylie wrote. “In the 1970’s my Dad gifted Mum a sapphire. A loose stone - from Inverell. It remain[ed] wrapped in a little brown envelope in Mum’s drawer for decades.</p> <p>“I recently asked her why? She said ‘well we’re not the sort of people to get jewellery made. And there were always other priorities I guess.’</p> <p>“I’m sure those other priorities were my sister and me. All those things that young girls need. And want! And Mum and Dad never put themselves first.</p> <p>“So with Dad’s recent passing our thoughts turned to that sapphire. Mum said Dad had always loved them and actually wanted Mum to have a sapphire engagement ring. Neighbours icons reunite

<p>Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan are planning a small-screen reunion.</p> <p>The Neighbours icons are reuniting for a special episode of the hit BBC sitcom <em>Ghosts</em> as part of this year’s comic relief fundraiser.</p> <p>It’s been 37 years since the pair first starred as Charlene and Scott on Neighbours, and they will take on new roles in the one-off special of <em>Ghosts</em>.</p> <p>Kylie and Jason, who were previously romantically involved, have already shot the episode, according to The Sun, with the show set to air on Friday, March 17.</p> <p>The episode of <em>Ghosts</em>, which portrays a group of spirits haunting a country house, will reportedly include nods to their pop career, including their 1988 duet <em>Especially For You</em>.</p> <p>A TV insider told<em> The Sun</em>, “Getting Kylie and Jason back together is a real coup, and the results are hilarious.”</p> <p>“The episode is really tongue in cheek and they crack gags about their history and music.</p> <p>“It was all kept hush-hush on set to keep the secret that they were both reuniting for the show.”</p> <p>The pair also appeared on screen together in 2022 in what was thought to be the end of an era, the final episode of <em>Neighbours</em>.</p> <p>Jason and Kylie appeared in a brief cameo in the last episode of the soap, which has since been renewed for a new run starting 2023.</p> <p>Kylie parted ways with <em>Neighbours</em> in June 1988, having become the first person to win four Logie Awards in one year and the youngest ever recipient of a Gold Logie.</p> <p>She furthered her career and became a pop sensation, selling more than 80 million albums worldwide.</p> <p>Jason left Neighbours in 1989 and, like Kylie, pursued a pop career. Although he wasn’t as successful as his on-screen love, he had a string of hits, including <em>Too Many Broken Hearts </em>and <em>Sealed With A Kiss</em>.</p> <p>The two stars dated from 1986 to 1989.</p> <p>They were so popular at the time that they recorded the Christmas Number 1 single Especially For You.</p> <p>In 2016, Jason told Mirror, “It was an extremely painful parting of the ways and, without a doubt, I took a long time to recover from it. Years, definitely.”</p> <p>Kylie then went on to date the late INXS frontman, Michael Hutchence. <p>Kylie Minogue is well known for her singing, dancing and acting, but it turns out she knows a thing or two about wine.</p> <p>Kylie launched her own wine brand, Kylie Minogue Wines in 2022, and it has since proven to be a major success.</p> <p>In less than three years, the brand has achieved remarkable success and has since expanded to have a portfolio of 9 wines, which are distributed to over ten countries.</p> <p>Due to the brand’s roaring success, Kylie has been making bank.</p> <p>In 2022, with ventures outside of her wine, Kylie made almost $2.4 million AUD via her London-based Darenote Limited company, which receives Kylie’s earnings from her lingerie brand and various sponsorship deals.</p> <p>She also earned $1.2 million AUD from her touring brand.</p> <p>The real money came from the sales of her Prosecco, which has been revealed to have made the popstar a staggering $13.5 million in sales.</p> <p>Kylie is the Creative Director of her wine brand and has a heavy hand in the business.</p> <p>In 2022, she spoke to the Daily Telegraph, sharing the key to her success.</p> <p>"I'm not stomping the grapes. I just think it's about having the team and right understanding… it's about tasting for me.</p> <p>"I'm in it for the long haul. "Super secret": Dannii Minogue’s stunning love glow

<p>Dannii Minogue has taken fans by surprise as she attended a WNBA game on Saturday. </p> <p>Dannii watched the game alongside her partner, music producer Adrian Newman, sporting a patterned pink ensemble, highlights in her hair, and a glowing complexion. Meanwhile, he donned a denim jacket and voluminous locks. </p> <p>The couple, who typically keep such a low profile that Adrian is often referred to as Dannii’s “secret” boyfriend, drew eyes from all around with their courtside chit chat. </p> <p>Last year, when asked about her partner on KIIS FM's <em>Kyle & Jackie O Show</em>, Dannii opened up about her near decade-long romance with Adrian. </p> <p>“'It's not a secret!” She corrected Kyle, who’d enquired about her supposedly secret new partner, “you ask me this every time, we've been going out for nine years!”</p> <p>“Every time anyone prints a picture of him, they go ‘secret man’, ‘never seen’. He’s just not interested in anything to do with the public eye.”</p> <p>“But that doesn’t stop the public wanting to know everything about him,” Kyle pointed out, while his co-host, Jackie, praised Dannii’s decision to keep things private. </p> <p>After Dannii shared that it takes a lot of stealth to maintain their low-key status, Jackie exclaimed, “nine years! That’s a good effort.”</p> <p>The singer, who parted with her previous partner Kris Smith (with whom she shares son Ethan, born in 2010) in 2012, is widely believed to have been with Adrian since 2014. The pair made their first public appearance together at the men’s final match of the Australian Open that year.</p> <p>Despite the privacy of their relationship, Dannii has offered a few insights in the past, telling <em>The Sun</em> in 2018, “I have a beautiful boyfriend. I never say anything about him, we are super private. I’m just in the perfect moment.</p> <p>"Everything is good, in love, family, and health. Everything is ticking the box. It's the most beautiful bubble. I don't want it to end."</p> <p>In that same year, Dannii confessed to <em>Who Magazine</em> that “we don't talk about our relationship. We just keep that super private. But yeah, I'm extremely happy.”</p> <p>The couple’s latest appearance has drawn attention from supporters who were quick to note that Dannii has a youthful glow - some even claiming she looks “decades younger”. Kylie Minogue’s new chapter after splitting with partner

<p>Kylie Minogue and her boyfriend, magazine mogul Paul Solomons, have parted ways after five years together. </p> <p>The decision comes just one year after Kylie returned to Australia and as the 54-year-old prepares for a world tour. The two were last spotted together last May on the ABBA Voyage’s red carpet. </p> <p>“Kylie and Paul really tried to make things work,” a source told <em>The Sun</em>, “but ultimately the time difference was a killer. Paul couldn’t exactly nip to Melbourne for a long weekend whenever things got strained.” </p> <p>While any reference to Paul has been removed from Kylie’s Instagram account, one picture of Kylie still features on his, and the source went on to add that Kylie and Paul are still friends. </p> <p>The couple first crossed paths in 2018 when they were introduced by mutual friends. In 2021, COVID-19 forced them to spend nine months apart, with Paul in London and Kylie in Melbourne. As <em>The Sun </em>was told, “long distance isn’t easy for any couple.” </p> <p>“Kylie initially wanted to keep the split quiet though,” the source confessed, “as she really does not want the narrative to be ‘poor, unlucky-in-love-Kylie’s heart breaks again’.”</p> <p>Kylie’s first public relationship was with her Neighbours on-screen love interest, Jason Donovan. Three years after that, Kylie spent time with the late Michael Hutchence. Over the years since, Kylie has fallen for models and fellow artists alike, and most recently she was in a relationship with British actor Joshua Sasse in 2016. He was 28 years old at the time, and the pair split one year after announcing their engagement. </p> <p>Dannii Minogue’s, Kylie’s younger sister, had to deny rumours of an engagement between Paul and Kylie in 2021. While appearing on <em>Sunrise</em>, she told the hosts, “there’s no news, but we absolutely adore him and they’re a divine couple.” </p> <p>In February 2021, Kylie opened up about her relationship with Paul, at a time when their relationship seemed destined to last in a way that worked for them and their lifestyles, “what is difficult is explaining it, and I’m hovering around that right now because I don’t have a traditional set-up when it comes to my relationship. </p> <p>I don’t have the white-picket-fence life. We are in a very good space and we cherish that right now. “I’ll never speak to him again”: Samuel Johnson blows up at Molly Meldrum

<p>While speaking to Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies on <em>The Morning Show</em>, a visibly upset Samuel Johnson blew up over 79-year-old Molly Meldrum’s bizarre behaviour at a recent Elton John concert. </p> <p>Meldrum issued an apology for the <a href="https://www.oversixty.com.au/entertainment/music/a-naughty-boy-who-needs-a-new-belt-molly-meldrum-s-excuse-for-mooning-elton-john-s-crowd" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“faulty belt buckle” incident</a>, telling the <em>Herald Sun</em> that he “shouldn’t have ventured on stage, but I just wanted to tell Elton that I loved him. Some people thought it was part of the show. It wasn’t. Elton had no idea I was going to jump on stage. Elton might have been singing The Bitch Is Back but it was more a case of the idiot is back.”</p> <p>Now Johnson has revealed something of a rift between himself and Meldrum – whom he portrayed in the 2016 miniseries “Molly”, and was rewarded for his efforts with a coveted Gold Logie. </p> <p>It was during that 2017 Gold Logie acceptance speech that Meldrum mounted the stage and stole Johnson’s “million-dollar moment” when he was trying to raise funds for cancer, which claimed the life of his sister Connie.</p> <p>Johnson told hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies that he has not said a word to Meldrum since that incident.</p> <p>“I’ll never speak to him again. He cost my charity a million dollars that night</p> <p>“I want to do him a service, not a disservice. I am a little bit uneasy talking about this.</p> <p>“Firstly, thank you, Molly. He has helped me out of a legal pickle and I’ve known him for 20 years. He visited my sister in hospital when she was sick with cancer when she was 11 in the 1980s.</p> <p>“I am really grateful for everything Molly has done in our lives. But at the same time, when I won the Gold Logie I was about to have my million-dollar moment and I told him specifically not to come on stage. He was not nominated, it was my moment.</p> <p>“I wanted to make it about cancer and he wanted to make it about the network. He ended up coming up at the Gold Logies and it was my million-dollar moment gone wrong,” Johnson fumed.</p> <p>“It was an absolute catastrophe. He warbled in a very drunken fashion for eight whole minutes. Now I have seen him do it again at the Elton John concert. Maybe it is time to hang up your hat, mate. I hope he is OK.”</p> <p>Johnson also made it very clear that he did not believe Molly’s excuse and apology. “I thought his apology was false. I don’t believe it was a wardrobe malfunction,” he said.</p> <p>“I believe that if it was a wardrobe malfunction, we would have seen his undies not his bum.</p> <p>“For years, I have not said anything. I don’t want to say anything. Who are his minders? Is he OK? He should not be allowed out in the PM.</p> <p>“He has two shots of vodka in his coffee in the morning. Kylie Minogue drops two exclusive new De Bortoli wines

<p>Kylie Minogue is setting down some serious roots in Victoria since relocating back home earlier this year.</p> <p>Minogue is collaborating with one of Yarra Valley’s most popular winemakers; De Bortoli Wines.</p> <p>After starting her very own wine brand, Kylie Minogue Wines, in 2020, Kylie has seen roaring success in the industry.</p> <p>Her wines have won multiple awards and her Signature Rosé and Rosé Prosecco have since become best sellers in the UK.</p> <p>Her range of wines are also distributed in over ten countries. This new collab is seeing her add a 2022 chardonnay and pinot noir to the line up, it appears the brand just keeps getting stronger.</p> <p>The two new drops are the first Victorian releases under her label and are produced by De Bortoli Yarra Valley winemakers Steve Webber and Leanne De Bortoli.</p> <p>Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about the launch of the wines Kylie said she's proud that these are produced in her home state.</p> <p>"I would love the opportunity to come out (to the Yarra Valley) more. I'm an hour or so from where I grew up. Dannii Minogue reveals the challenges she faced while filming Young Talent Time

<p>Dannii Minogue has shared the challenges she faced while appearing on <em>Young Talent Time</em> as a child. </p> <p>Speaking with Kyle and Jackie O, the 50-year-old entertainer said she felt immense pressure to balance her school work and time spent at rehearsals.</p> <p>"I was the biggest nerd when I was on <em>Young Talent Time</em>. I was in the library at lunch doing my homework so I could go straight to rehearsals after school," she said during an interview on Tuesday. </p> <p>"I was obsessed with getting good grades and if I didn't finish [my homework] at lunch time I'd have to do it when I got home and I wouldn't sleep till 11pm."</p> <p>Dannii starred in <em>Young Talent Time</em> from 1982 to 1988, as well as <em>Young Talent Time: The Next Generation</em> which was launched in America.</p> <p>Following her six year run on the show, she went on to play the role of Emma Jackson in <em>Home & Away</em> in 1989. </p> <p>She stayed with the Aussie soap for a year before launching her music career, like her famed sister Kylie Minogue, in 1990.</p> <p><em>Young Talent Time</em> featured a core group of young performers who would sing both classic songs and hits of the day while hopefuls competed in a weekly talent quest.</p> <p>The series was hosted by Johnny Young and aired from 1971 to 1988, and proved to be hugely popular after spawning no less than 15 albums and a slew of merchandise. </p> <p><em>Image credits: Seven</em></p>

Why Kylie Minogue's Neighbours finale appearance was so brief

<p><em>Neighbours </em>fans everywhere were beaming with excitement when it was announced that Kylie Minogue would reprise her iconic role as Charlene in the highly-anticipated finale episode of the long-running soap. </p> <p>But when Minogue took to the screen with her TV husband Jason Donovan, fans were left less than impressed with her lack of screen time and dialogue. </p> <p>Between the on-screen couple, they had just a handful of lines, with Minogue - arguably <em>Neighbours</em>' most successful export - uttering just five words: “Home, sweet home”, “Jane!” and “Harold!”</p> <p>Their brief return to Ramsay Street was flimsy in comparison to Guy Pearce's storyline, which ended up being a major plot point for the finale episode. </p> <p>Fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment in the finale, with one viewer saying, "Kylie Minogue saying absolutely nothing on the <em>Neighbours </em>finale is genuinely hilarious."</p> <p>Another said, "The <em>Neighbours </em>finale was great and Guy Pearce is an absolute legend for giving it his all. <p dir="ltr">The plot of the final episode of <em>Neighbours </em>has been released. </p> <p dir="ltr">The last episode of the beloved Aussie soap will be 90 minutes long and air on Channel 10 and 10 Peach on July 28, bringing an end to the 37 year history of the show. </p> <p dir="ltr">Actors, past and present, such as Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Guy Pearce and Annie Jones will make an appearance in the final episode. </p> <p dir="ltr">A leaked script revealed that Ramsay Street will be filled with friends and family to celebrate Toadie Rebecchi tying the knot with Melanie Pearson, who are played by Ryan Moloney and Lucinda Cowden.</p> <p dir="ltr">Harold, who is played by Ian Smith, asks Karl and Susan Kennedy, played by Alan Fletcher and Jackie Woodburne, to look after the Erinsborough history book.</p> <p dir="ltr">And then Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue, who play Scott and Charlene arrive in a green mini van. </p> <p dir="ltr">No. 24 will also hit the market with more than one person being interested in the property. </p> <p dir="ltr">Other former cast members that will appear Peter O’Brien, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Olympia Valance, Ian Smith, Daniel MacPherson, Melissa Bell, Paul Keane, Bonnie Anderson, Jodi Gordon, Kate Kendall, Scott Major, Ben Hall, Lesley Baker, Nathan Borg, Sally Ann Upton, Morgan Baker, Benjamin McNair, Olivia Junkeer, Chris Milligan, Zima Anderson and James Mason.</p> <p dir="ltr">After 37 years on air, <em>Neighbours </em>announced that the show is coming to an end after Channel 5, the British production company that aired the show in the UK since 2008, announced it won’t do so anymore.</p> <p dir="ltr">“We are so sorry to say that after nearly 37 years and almost 9000 episodes broadcast we have to confirm that Neighbours will cease production in June,” the statement read.</p> <p dir="ltr">“Following the loss of our key broadcast partner in the UK and despite an extensive search for alternative funding, we simply have no option but to rest the show.”</p> <p dir="ltr">The team thanked their loyal fans and promised to end the show on an “incredible high”.</p> <p dir="ltr">“To our amazing, loyal fans, we know this is a huge disappointment, as it is to all of us on the team. </p> <p dir="ltr">“We thank you for all your messages and support and promise to end the show on an incredible high. First snaps as Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan reunite!

<p dir="ltr">Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan have reunited once again as they begin to film their final scenes for <em>Neighbours</em>. </p> <p dir="ltr">The singer shared adorable photos of the pair embracing and smiling on Ramsay St as the show sadly comes to an end. </p> <p dir="ltr">The couple will once again hit our screens for a final time in the Australian soap as Charlene Mitchell and Scott Robinson.</p> <p dir="ltr">"Now we're back together," Minogue captioned the post in reference to the show’s theme song. </p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF;
